Bellydance

I have been dancing with the Sirocco Middle Eastern Dancers since 1999. My dance name is Nasmat, which means ‘A Breath Of Life’.

In 2010, I began teaching the Sirocco Middle Eastern Dancers Beginners Dance Class. In 2011, I started teaching a second class for Intermediate to Advanced students.

The classes that I teach include improvisation and choreography, with a large focus on technique. I want my students to learn not just how a move works, but why it works. As a musician, I aim to teach rhythm and musicality in dance.

I have recently moved to the UK, and will be extending my craft. I am looking forward to attending workshops and classes with dance professionals here.
